Static Filters

Welding fumes are often filtered in large central fume filters, cleaned by means of compressed air, with pleated cartridges. The same type of filter is also used for other industrial processes, such as plasma and laser cutting and grinding dust, among other residual products within industrial processes. Other static filters are suitable and often recommended for oil mist and vapour, particularly when the mist has to be filtered directly from a machine.
