More about this product

Bends in the ‘kwik-fix’ clip ducting system, designed for effective material transport, with internal throat radiuses equal to diameter.

Kwik-fix bends are available in various materials and thicknesses including:

  • Galvanised steel (0.75 – 1.0mm)
  • Mild steel (2.0  & 3.0mm), painted
  • Stainless steel (0.70 – 0.80mm)

Supplied in a range of angles from 15° to 90°, they are constructed in either pressed (80 – 400mmø) or segmented (450 – 1,000mmø) sections designed to integrate seamlessly with all other components from the range, of corresponding diameter, and are available for use with any of the numerous assembly methods.

Various termination solutions for the Kwik-fix programme:

  • Mesh bird beak – low dispersal horizontal exhaust providing moderate weather protection at minimal pressure drop
  • Standard weather cowl – low dispersal vertical exhaust providing good weather protection at high pressure drop
  • Venturi cowl – moderate dispersal vertical exhaust providing moderate weather protection at moderate pressure drop.
  • Jet cap – high dispersal vertical exhaust providing high weather protection at moderate pressure drop.
  • Blanking disc – for capping exhaust/suction ducts.

The final connection between process plant and centralised ducting system is typically by means of flexible duct.

Designed for the connection of process plant with multiple suction ports ‘kwik-fix’ suction heads can be supplied with any combination of spigot diameters (providing that they are smaller than the main diameter).

Manufactured in various materials and thicknesses including:

  • Galvanised steel (1.0 mm)
  • Mild steel (2.0  & 3.0 mm), painted
  • Stainless steel (0.70 mm)

CNC, point to point, machining centres can have long an heavy lengths of flexible duct attached to the machine which in certain instances can snatch and snag.  To address this problem we provide a range of rotating collars which allow the CNC machine head to move with minimal resistance from connected flexible ducting.

Tapers (reducing cones) and transitions (square to rounds) can be manufactured with virtually any combination of diameters/dimensions.

Available in various materials and thicknesses including:

  • Galvanised steel (0.9mm)
  • Mild steel (2.0  & 3.0mm), painted
  • Stainless steel (0.70mm)

Kwik-fix tapers and transmissions are designed to integrate seamlessly with all other components from the range, of corresponding diameter, and are available for use with any of the numerous assembly methods.

The speed-fix ducting system makes for extremely fast assembly and installation, thanks in part to the push fit fittings with sealed connection joints.

A comprehensive system, consisting of pipes, hoses, bends, branches, couplings, reducers and valves, which are available in various diameters (28 – 110mm).

Coaxial hoses are available, providing power, air and suction to the tool through one service hose, aiding housekeeping and improving health and safety.
