Lion Foam Compactor Series
The Lion Series is intended as an all-rounder, using innovative technology to compress bulky foam waste materials (EPS (Styropor®), XPS, EPP, EPE and even crushed PE foil pieces) extremely efficiently into easy to manage, stackable blocks.

Equipped with automatic density control ensuring efficient workflow with size reduction ratios of up to 50:1, the Lion series is capable of delivering considerable savings in transport and disposal costs, with block break length precisely controlled. Coupled with the option to recycle the compressed blocks as a secondary commodity market material (SCM), the Lion Series has a very quick return on investment.
Unlike other compaction systems, the Lion Series doesn’t require additional plastic liners for the containment of compressed materials such as EPE, instead it homogeneously fuses the block surface with energy-saving heating technology.
The Lion Series can be easily operated, by the fully automatic touch screen control panel, as a stand-alone piece or integrated plant with input conveyor and storage silo for extended operation and reduced personnel input.
