Designed and constructed to provide long service life and a high degree of operational safety, thanks to electro-mechanical drives (no hydraulic or pneumatic systems required), the Tiger series can easily process damp EPS material without rust stains thanks to the stainless steel press construction.
The modular designed Tiger Series can be easily operated, by the fully automatic touch screen control panel, as a stand-alone piece or easily customised with input conveyor and storage silo for extended operation and reduced personnel input.
An industrial size reduction system, including a HEGER T-rex breaker, storage silos and HEGER Tiger 400 processes polystyrene waste, compacting foam waste into easy-to-handle stackable blocks.
