Fercell offers trade-ins on used size reduction machinery and equipment when selling new machines, with the majority of equipment being manufactured by Fercell brands.

All used machines are tested and serviced before delivery. Within the classification of second-hand machines, there are several subclassifications, including used, pre-owned, and fully refurbished.

Used machinery is defined as equipment that has been previously installed, and removed in working condition. It is supplied and bought as seen. The equipment is tried and tested, with no further repair or calibration prior to sale. No warranty is given or implied.

Pre-owned machinery is defined as equipment which has been previously installed, or is no longer under standard manufacturer’s warranty, while being serviced, overhauled and calibrated prior to sale. Limited warranty cover is supplied.

Fully refurbished machinery is defined as equipment that has been previously installed and used. Its condition, age, operating hours, specification and/or previous use necessitates a comprehensive refurbishment to, where practicable, achieve a near factory finish.
